“The Azerbaijani side will at least focus on the area of post-conflict settlement for which the foreign ministers are responsible, including the issue of the peace agreement that we discussed at the meeting a little while ago,” said Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov during the tripartite meeting of the foreign ministers of Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia in Astana.
Minister Bayramov said that there are a number of multilateral and bilateral contacts after the last meeting of the tripartite format held in May, ” I think that from this standpoint, it would be useful to look at the progress over the past period to discuss issues, ” he said.
Jeyhun Bayramov added that other issues of a peace settlement would be discussed: the delimitation of the state border, the opening of communications, as well as humanitarian issues.
