Azerbaijani FM talked Azerbaijani-Iranian relations: “Unfriendly thoughts concern us”.

“Our policy towards neighboring countries is consistent, predictable, and open. Having normal relations with all our neighbors is our number one priority,” said Azerbaijani foreign minister Jeyhun Bayramov in a response to question.

According to the minister, several positive projects have been implemented between Iran and Azerbaijan, these are economic, and transport relations.

“Unfriendly thoughts against Azerbaijan by the Iranian media concern us. We openly discuss this with our Iranian counterparts. My Iranian colleague is sensitive to these issues and takes steps to eliminate unpleasant situations within his powers. We have an intensive dialogue,” said the FM.
