Russian MFA: Azerbaijan and Armenia are at the beginning of a difficult road to reconciliation

“Azerbaijan and Armenia are still at the beginning of the road to reconciliation,” said Denis Gonchar, Director of the Fourth Department of the CIS countries of the Russian Foreign Ministry, said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

“It is clear that we are only at the beginning of the difficult reconciliation process between the two countries. Achieving sustainable results will demand time and significant efforts from both sides,” the Russian diplomat stressed.
