Ukrainian ambassador congratulates Azerbaijani people

Ambassador of Ukraine to Azerbaijan Vladislav Kanevsky congratulates Azerbaijani people, the Ukrainian diplomat wrote on his Twitter page

“National Leader of the Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev has said once time: “There is no road as difficult as the road to independence”. These words, said in 1995, were prophetically spoken… and are not only for Azerbaijan. We congratulate the friendly Azerbaijani people on the occasion of the A Day of Restoration of Independence! We wish peace, tranquility, and prosperity,” said the Ukrainian diplomat.
