Moscow correspondent reports Russia urges Azerbaijan and Armenia to refrain from steps that lead to increased tension along the contact line, said Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov.

“Russia, as before, calls on Azerbaijan and Armenia to refrain from steps that lead to increase tension on the line of contact,” the Kremlin spokesman said.
