“With the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev and the direct participation of First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, major construction works are being carried out in the territories freed from occupation. Employees of the prosecutor’s office and I personally visited the liberated territories many times and witnessed these construction works,”, Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev told.
Kamran Aliyev noted that there are already civilians in the liberated territories, they are working, including the families of our servicemen there, there are infrastructure projects: “Therefore, we decided that it is necessary for the civil prosecutor’s office to return to the liberated territories gradually, on the basis of duty.”
