Armenia agrees to establish relations with Azerbaijan on basic principles suggested by Russia.

Armenia has agreed to work on basis of basic principles and parameters, suggested by Russia and determine interstate relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia at the beginning of September, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote on Twitter.

Pashinyan has stressed Armenia is ready to confirm it in Sochi.
